Maddox's First Christmas

Maddox had a great first Christmas. He had a ball opening presents and he loves all his toys!

Santa brought Maddox a dancing Mickey Mouse. He LOVES Mickey Mouse!

Santa also brought him this really cute toy, it has balls to roll and animals that sing. He loves that monkey on the top so much that he is almost pulling up to get to it.

He got some new spoons and bibs in his stocking.

Auntie Ashley and Andy got Maddox this super cute Yankees rocking chair. It is just his size. I know this is Daddy's favorite gift that Maddox got:)

Abigail got a wagon from Grandma and Grandpa. Maddox is excited to get to ride with her when he stays at his Aunt Hee Hee's house.

Christmas Eve

Maddox wore his "My first Christmas" pajamas to Grandma's for Christmas Eve. He looked like a little elf with his hat on.

7 Months Old

Maddox was 7 months old on Thursday. He is getting to be such a big boy!

New Bath Seat

Maddox in his new bath seat. He loves it! He can sit up, splash, and play with his toys!

Yankee Candle Store

We went to the Yankee Candle Store in Williamsburg. The kids liked it. They got to see Santa and all the pretty lights and trees!

Monkey Puppet

Maddox got a new monkey puppet. He thinks it's so funny! I think Daddy has more fun with it than Maddox though:)

6 Month Check Up

Maddox went for his 6 month check up today. He weighs 18 lbs 5oz and is 26 inches long. He was such a good boy getting his shots and Dr. Tim said he is doing great!

So at 6 months he is for the most part sleeping through night. He rolls all over the place and gets around even though he isn't crawling yet. He can almost sit on his own and I think he will be crawling before too long. He's been going through all the different vegetables and so far carrots and sweet potatoes are his favorites. He is not a big fan of peas at all!! He is getting so big, I can't believe it! We are so lucky to have such a happy, healthy little boy.

Maddox's First Baby Food

Maddox had baby food for the first time today. First up.. Carrots. At first he didn't seem to like them but towards the end he was opening wide for them!

Maddox's First Halloween

We started out the day at the Pumpkin Festival in the shopping center where I work. Despite being a little yucky out it was a lot of fun.

Puffs

Here is Maddox trying a puff for the first time. For those of you who don't know what a puff is, it's a crunchy little snack made for babies. This is his first type of snack like this. Up until that he has just had oatmeal. Only a couple more weeks though and he gets to start real food. YAY!

He's not too sure what to think....

Maddox and Ella

Cornwell Halloween Bash

Heather, Sara, her boyfriend Martin, and myself dressed up the kids and took them to Tanya's Halloween party last night. Other than a few rain showers, the weather was good. It was a good time.

Pumpkin Patch

We went to Ashland Berry Farm today. Heather, Jay, and Abigail went too. It was a lot of fun. I have always loved to go the pumpkin patch every year so it's fun to be able to keep the tradition going with Maddox.

Aunt Hee Hee and cousin Abigail were so nice to pass down this precious bouncy toy. Maddox loves it! He is so lucky to have a cousin that is 6 months older:)
