Maymont

Jim and I took Maddox to Maymont on Wednesday. The weather was beautiful so we took advantage of it. Maddox is really into the animals now so it is fun to watch him with them. We fed the goats and the ducks.

Baby Jonathan

Heather gave birth to the newest addition to our family on Monday. Jonathan Jay Kerns Jr. was born on March 14th at 8:13 p.m. He weighed 7 lb 14 oz and is the most precious thing ever!! Heather did great and looked wonderful even right after he came out! I was lucky enough to get there right after he was born so I could see him and hold him right away.

We are all so excited about Jonathan's arrival. We can't wait to love, snuggle, and cuddle him. We are so fortunate to live so close and get to see Uncle Jay, Aunt Hee Hee, Abigail, and Jonathan so often!! This makes Maddox very happy =)

Pool fun

We went to New York last weekend to see Jim's nephew wrestle in a tournament. The hotel we stayed at had an indoor pool so of course Maddox loved that! He has always loved the water and been really good about water in his eyes etc. I'm so excited though now that he holds his breath when he goes under that water! Between that and his new life vest thing he will be good to go for summer!!

Beep Beep

Maddox got a new car (aka beep beep) from Grandma and Papa as an early birthday present. Abigail has one and he just loves it so he is very happy to have one of his own!!
